What is cosmetic dentistry?

If you have a healthy set of teeth, but are not happy about its position, shape or color, we offer a variety of treatment options. Do you have old and/or unattractive fillings, a crooked tooth, yellow teeth, or a gap between your front teeth? All of these can be corrected or changed to make your teeth look beautiful again.

Which cosmetic treatment options does TAND150 offer?

We offer a variety of treatments to correct or change the shape, position or color of your teeth and molars, and help you feel confident about your smile. Examples of possible treatments are placement of crowns, teeth whitening, and veneers (or facings) which are thin pieces of porcelain that are placed over the front of your teeth. Ask your TAND150 practitioner about which options are suitable for your teeth during your next visit.

What does cosmetic dentistry cost?

Costs of cosmetic dentistry strongly depends on the chosen treatment. Please contact us for more information about our treatment options, a treatment plan, and costs, so that you can make a well-informed decision.

Is cosmetic dentistry covered by my health insurance?

Placement of a crown is generally not covered by Dutch basic health insurance.  (A part of) the costs could be covered by any additional dental insurance that you may have. However, in may cases cosmetic treatment is not covered. It strongly depends on the chosen treatment and your health insurance company. We will gladly discuss what applies in your situation.
